1. Use of AI

Dollippo may use generative AI or other AI systems for 3D model generation, object names, categories and search keywords for thumbnails or models, translation, content review, and related features.

When users directly use an AI 3D generation feature, the interface is intended to make the AI-based nature of the feature clear before generation and to identify generated output as AI-generated where required by applicable law and appropriate to the feature.

2. Main AI providers

Meshy API may be used for 3D generation, which can require sending text prompts, reference images and generation settings to Meshy.

OpenAI API may be used to classify thumbnails and text metadata, create search names or keywords, translate content, or assist moderation. Providers may change as features and operations evolve; see the Privacy Policy for related data handling.

3. Limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, low quality, mistranslated, misclassified, or unexpectedly similar to third-party content. Review output before relying on it for an important purpose.

4. Intellectual property and inputs

You must have the necessary rights to use third-party works, characters, logos, trademarks, photographs, faces, or other protected material as prompts or references. Using AI does not remove responsibility for third-party rights.

AI output can unintentionally resemble existing works, brands or people. Review rights before publishing, selling, distributing or using output in the game.

5. Personal and sensitive information

Do not submit government identifiers, financial information, passwords, detailed health information, another person's non-public personal data, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential information unless it is genuinely required and lawful. Make sure you have authority to use any reference image that identifies another person.

6. Data processing and retention

Inputs and relevant context needed for an AI feature may be sent to the applicable AI provider. Meshy and OpenAI processing is affected by their current policies and the service conditions used by the operator. Dollippo's own retention rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Automated classification and moderation

AI may assist with search keywords, object names, third-party IP risk signals, or potential policy violations. These signals are imperfect and may be reviewed by the operator or reconsidered following a user report or appeal where appropriate.

Output rights and reporting

We do not guarantee non-infringement of generated output or external AI models. AI generation, a license label or passing an automated check does not extinguish third-party rights or establish permission. Rights holders may request review and restricted access at /rights-report or [email protected].
