Terms of Service
Core terms for using Dollippo, including the game, community, 3D content and AI features.
1. Scope
These Terms govern Dollippo, operated by 별내림(Byeolnaerim). The Services may include a 3D claw-machine game, discovery and collection of 3D prizes, user-generated content, community features, AI-powered 3D generation, and related web or mobile features.
Mandatory protections under the law of your country or region apply where they cannot lawfully be waived by these Terms.
New registrations in the EEA and UK are temporarily restricted because appointment of local representatives has not yet been completed. Registration will reopen after we announce the representatives and regional launch; these Terms as then published and applicable mandatory laws will govern use in those regions. Existing-account sign-in is not restricted. Regardless of registration availability, this Privacy Policy and applicable statutory rights continue to apply to personal data already processed.
2. Operator
Operator: 별내림(Byeolnaerim) / Representative: 김주형 / Address: 경기도 안성시 서인동 13-21 코워크시티 안성서인1호점 2층 S10호, Republic of Korea / Email: [email protected] / Phone: 010-9273-7837. Business Registration No. 547-09-03057; Mail-order Business Report No. 2025-경기안성-0751.
3. Accounts and eligibility
If you use account features, provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate another person or bypass authentication or access controls.
Account features are generally intended for users aged 14 or older. If local law requires a higher age, parental authorization, or another condition, that requirement applies.
4. Game and service availability
Game rules, obtainable content, difficulty, chance-based mechanics, interfaces and features may change as the Services evolve. Gold and Silver prices, delivery, withdrawal and refund terms appear at purchase and in Payments & refunds.
We may modify or suspend features for security, reliability, legal compliance, third-party changes, or product improvements. Material planned changes will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.
5. AI-powered 3D generation
The Services may use generative AI or other AI systems to create, classify, translate, or review 3D models and related metadata from text, images, or other inputs. See the AI Notice and Privacy Policy for further details.
AI output may be inaccurate or unexpectedly resemble third-party works, trademarks, trade dress, likenesses, or other protected material. You are responsible for reviewing rights and legality before publishing, selling, sharing, or using output in the game.
6. User content and rights
You or the relevant rights holder generally retain rights in posts, images, 3D models, comments and other content you submit or create.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license only as reasonably necessary to host, display, transmit, store, back up, search, translate, moderate and operate that content as part of the Services.
You must have the rights required for the inputs and content you provide and must not infringe copyright, trademark, design, privacy, publicity, likeness, or other third-party rights.
7. Third-party and open-license 3D content
The Services may include 3D content lawfully obtained from public sources such as Meshy Community. Such content remains subject to the license shown for the source asset, and we may display the original creator, source service, and profile or content link for provenance.
An open-license or CC0 label does not guarantee that an uploader owned every underlying third-party right. We may restrict or remove content when we receive a rights complaint or identify a reasonable infringement risk.
8. Community and prohibited conduct
Community use is also governed by the Community Policy. We may remove or limit content, features or accounts where reasonably necessary under law, these Terms, or that policy.
- Illegal, fraudulent, spam, abusive, hateful, exploitative, child-sexual-abuse, or improperly disclosed private content.
- Creating or distributing content that infringes third-party intellectual-property, privacy, likeness, or publicity rights.
- Circumventing or attacking security, authentication, regional restrictions, rate limits, APIs, servers, or access controls.
- Automated traffic, artificial engagement, bots, or load that materially interferes with normal operation.
9. Advertising and third-party services
The Services may use third-party advertising, sign-in, AI generation, translation, storage, CDN, and similar providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may separately apply to their processing.
10. Account restriction and closure
You may close your account using available account controls. We may reasonably restrict an account or feature for serious violations, security risks, legal obligations, or repeated misuse.
Public posts or content involved in other users' legitimate interactions may remain after account closure with the direct account link removed. Delete content before closing your account where possible; privacy requests remain available for personal data contained in content.
11. Liability
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for device or network failures, third-party services, user content, AI output, or unforeseeable external events is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these Terms for legal or service changes. Material updates will be announced through reasonable means before they take effect, and renewed consent will be requested when required by law.
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without excluding mandatory consumer, privacy, or jurisdiction rights available in your place of residence.
Rights reports and AI output
We do not guarantee that AI-generated or transformed output is free of third-party copyright, trademark or other rights. Users must hold the permissions needed for material they submit or share and for their use of outputs. This does not exclude the operator’s legal responsibility for content it collects or provides, or users’ statutory rights.
Submit rights claims through /rights-report or [email protected] with the original work, disputed URLs, evidence of rights or authority, contact details and your request. Following review, we may restrict access or remove content and limit or terminate repeat infringers’ accounts. Claimants and publishers may provide further evidence or contest a decision through the same contact, quoting the receipt number.
