Content and Data Policy
Rules for using Dollippo content, metadata, public 3D assets and service data.
1. Scope
This policy governs automated or large-scale collection and reuse of pages, APIs, community data, search results, metadata and 3D content. Where an individual item is distributed under a separate open license, that license governs the item itself.
2. Open-license and external-source content
3D content offered under CC0 or another open license may be used within the rights granted by that license. This policy does not revoke or narrow rights independently granted by licenses such as CC0.
Separate rights may apply to Dollippo-created editorial metadata, search indexes, recommendations and rankings, interface design, database organization, private data, and security information.
3. Uses requiring prior permission
- Continuously crawling, scraping or mirroring all or a substantial part of the Services to create a separate database or service.
- Reselling Dollippo-created metadata, search results or recommendation data, or building a competing or substantially substitutive service from them.
- Circumventing rate limits, robots directives, access controls, authentication or technical protection measures to collect data.
- Using Dollippo-owned content or metadata at scale as AI/ML training or evaluation data where no separate license authorizes that use.
4. Generally permitted uses
- Ordinary personal browsing and sharing links.
- Reasonable indexing of public pages by general-purpose search engines where it does not materially disrupt the Services.
- Using an individual item under the terms of an applicable open license.
- Using an official API or data interface explicitly provided by us in accordance with its documented conditions.
5. Provenance and creator information
We may preserve and display creator UID, nickname, profile link, original identifiers, source and license information so users can verify provenance for external public 3D content. Do not intentionally falsify this information to misrepresent authorship or rights status.
6. Permission and contact
For research, large-scale data use, partnerships or another use requiring permission, contact [email protected] with the purpose, scope, expected request volume and intended use.
